Blossom the Rabbit
Easy to follow instructions for knitting and felting your own Beautiful Bunny
Blossom is knitted using DPN’s in the round for the head and body and flat for the ears paws and tail. Once knitted the pieces are felted (fulled) before assembly. Once assembled you have the perfect form for adding needle felted detail to bring your rabbit to life and for a totally unique realistic appearance.
You will also need:
85g natural mix grey 100% wool yarn (Not Super-wash DK weight, I used Woolyknit Countryside tweed)
grey, pink charcoal, black and white needle felting wool
1 x pair 4mm Knitting needles
4 x DPN’s 4mm
knitters needle for sewing up
Toy filling
Needle felting needle.
Tension 22 sts and 28 rows to 10 cm square, measured over st st using 4mm needles.
Not suitable for children.
