These socks were inspired by the changing leaves in the Gatineau Hills. Fall has always been one of my favorite times of year, the leaves that crunch underfoot, the crisp bite to the air, the ability to pull out all of my warm woolies!

These are top down socks with a lace leaf pattern on the leg and onto the instep but not all the way down the foot.

I hope you enjoy these socks as much as I enjoyed making them. Thank you to everyone who poked me into getting this out and to my test knitters!

Note on yardage: I had to use a ball and a bit for this pattern, so for the large size it needs the full 450 yards.

Updated the pattern so it now includes the smaller stitch count and changed the name from Falling Leaves to Blowing Leaves.
