This is for a pair of knitted cuffed mittens with butterfly motif that wraps around the hand. The cuff is a 2x2 ribbed cuff and the pattern includes an afterthought thumb technique.

The finished mittens should fit an average womans hand and measures 23 cms long and 10.5 cms wide.

These mittens were created in Cascade 220 Fingering yarn in Natural (50g), Twilight Blue (50g) and Niagara Blue (50g) and knitted using 2.0mm and 2.5mm double pointed needles. Also required are a darning needle for binding off, stitch markers and scrap yarn.
