This is a loose-fitting woman’s sweater with collar. Gauge given is before washing; expect row growth after washing.

Sizes after washing: Small (37 ½“), Medium (42”), Large (47”).

Rowan Denim cotton yarn shrinks and fades when it is washed, just like a pair of jeans. The surface of the yarn is coated with dye leaving a white core which becomes gradually exposed through washing and wearing. When washed for the first time the garment shrinks in length by approx 20%; the width remains the same. In this pattern all necessary adjustments for shrinkage have been taken into consideration.
