Blue duo is a basic model with various options! Each hat is worked in the round from brim to top with the same DK yarn and the same gauge. It starts with a ribbed brim. Then the body is worked in stockinette with geometric motifs. But each one has its own brim, its own body and its own crown. You may choice one or the other, play with the colour and create your very own one. You can create as many hats as you want……they are quickly knitted!

Sizes
Small (Medium, Large).
The pattern is prepared to fit head with 52 (54, 56) cm 20 (21, 22) in. circumference.
It has been designed to have 2 cm (1 in) of negative ease in brim and 0 cm (0 in) ease in body.
Blue 1: Sample shown in Medium: 54 cm (21 in) circumference and 22 cm (8¾ in) height.
Blue 2: Sample shown in Large: 56 cm (22 in) circumference and 23 cm (9 in) height.
Material
Yarn
Drops Lima 65% wool, 35% alpaca, 50 g (1.8 oz), 92 m (101 yds).
Blue 1: 1 (2, 2) balls main colour (MC), 0701/petrol; 1 (1, 2) balls contrasting colour (CC), 9015/grey.
Blue 2: 1 (2, 2) balls main colour (MC), 6235/grey blue; 1 (1, 2) balls contrasting colour (CC), 0701/petrol.
Needles
US size 7 (4.5 mm) and US size 8 (5 mm) circular needle or size to obtain correct gauge.
US size 7 (4.5 mm) and US size 8 (5 mm) double pointed needle (set of 5) or size to obtain correct gauge. You will change for double pointed needle when stitches no longer fit comfortably on circular needle.
1 cable needle.
