This is a crochet pattern for a pretty, lightweight shrug or bolero designed by me, The Blue Fog Shrug. The DK weight yarn and lacy stitches make this shrug feel light and airy, while the wide shell stitch border adds a feminine flair. This would be the perfect coverup to wear over a wedding or prom dress!

Sizes Included: Adult size, fits women size small to medium. This pattern was designed for a close to semi-close fit.

Required Materials:
DK weight yarn – approx. 390 yards (360 meters) Note: I used Romy yarn by Ideas Yarn Company (75% Cotton, 25% viscose), but this yarn has been discontinued. Any DK weight yarn with good drape would work well.

Hook Size H (5mm).
