.
Everyone is having a ‘blue’ spring this year, so I wanted the designs in this collection to represent some small comforts ~ the sound of rain, going outside for walks, and newly sprouting plants. Try to take a few moments each day to notice little things that are good ~
Blue Grass
This design can function as a shawl or scarf; the trapezoid shape has a lace center panel flanked by slowly increasing garter stitch sides. Wrap and turn short rows (with NO picking up the wraps) help shape this interesting piece! Wrong side rows have simple patterning. Use either charts or the full written instructions. The design is suitable for fingering or sport weight yarns; be sure to adjust yardage requirements when making substitutions.
