This whole collection was designed for my Spring retreat I put on. The theme this year was “Feather your Nest with Friends, Fiber and FUN!”. I choose 5 birds to have yarn dyed by the very TALENTED Maelstrom Fiber Arts. These 5 birds are my inspiration for the collaboration…Snow Owl, Yellow Finch, Cardinal, Blue Jay and Black bird. Enjoy knitting these very colorful designs.

This is a fun stitch that shows great detail. Add a pom pom, or leave as a beanie.

I used 2 different yarns. One worsted and one fingering weight in sparkle base held double to add some dimension and glimmer.
