Blue Lightning Cabled Hat
The Blue Lightning Cabled Hat has a cable motif that starts large but shrinks as the hat goes on, decreasing with the crown decreases, to look like lightning bolts. The pigtail pom poms add a bit of whimsy and an electrified look to the design. The instructions for the cables are both written and charted.
