This snood, or cowl, is simple but elegant, with just the right amount of texture to make a solid color interesting. The pattern uses provisional cast-on and kitchener stitching, but for beginners it can also be cast-on with a simple cast-on of your choice and then sewn together at the end. This pattern is a great introduction to simple cables and is quite easy to knit. The size of the cowl can be adjusted by simply removing a repeat, or you can just keep on knitting to make it an eternity scarf!
