In this Aran-styled cardigan, challenging cables are combined with simple moss stitch. The larger rib at the bottom is loosely sized and features side slits to give the feeling of a jacket, not a typical cardigan.

note:
In the picture this sweater is shown in size medium. Size small has no moss st at front side seams. Cables do not match at shoulders in front and back. A ridge is added at shoulders to compensate.
