A flattering, long line cardigan made using 4 ply mercerised cotton, ideal for spring and summer days.

This easy cardigan Is worked from side to side so the rows are vertical. Starting at centre back around to edge of right front, then you will pick up stitches on the starting row and work in the opposite direction for the left front section. The back and fronts are made all in 1 piece, the only sewing up or joining is the shoulder seams.
Once shoulder seams are joined you will work each sleeve in rounds. It is made all in UK single stitches with the edges on bottom, neck and front bands worked in single crochet. Made with a 3 ply hook the pattern is dense enough not to be see -through, so you can wear without having to wear a camisole underneath.

It’s a simple, if a bit repetitive pattern, easy to crochet without too much concentration while you are watching TV or listening to the radio, or in the car (: .
