FINISHED SIZE 7.25 (8.25)” hand circumference and 9.25 (10)” long. Mittens shown measure 7.25”.

YARN Jamieson & Smith 2 ply jumper weight (100% Shetland wool; 125 yd / 7/8 oz): #82 dark green (MC) and #121 gold (CC), 2 (3) balls each.

NEEDLES Size 1 (2.25 mm): set of double-pointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

NOTIONS Markers; stitch holder; tapestry needle

GAUGE 37 sts and 44 rnds = 4″ in charted patt.

NOTES These mittens are worked in the round from the cuff up and feature a turned hem, decorative braid, and thumb gussets.
