This basic top-down knitted jumper features a seamless ribbed yoke worked in the round in rib and shaped with a increases. Back of the jumper is risen up with a couple of Short Rows to shape maximal comfortable fit. Body and sleeves are worked in Stockinette stitch and finished with few rows 1x1 rib. The sleeves on The Blue Star jumper are bracelets long and worked with decreases. The yoke is worked first, then - after the dividing for body and sleeves - sleeves set on hold, and body is worked. When body is complete - sleeve stitches transfers from hold to the needle and then sleeve are worked top down.
