This is a kit, based on a pattern in old weaved rugs in Finland, designed by me, Leena Riihelä and my mother Liisa Rajala.

The kit includes generous amount of yarn dyed with plants,a color photo of the mittens, a chart and general written instruction. The pattern is easily modified to make bigger or smaller mittens.

In the mittens there are five different colors: two natural browns and natural grey and two blue colors dyed with japanese indigo and woad.
