This Blue Whale body, fins and tails are knitted in a round with very minimal seaming. You will need knowledge of knit, purl, increase, decrease, DPNS, Kitcheners stitch, Whip stitch, Invisible Horizontal Seam.

The pattern is written simple, step by step, very easy to follow with plenty photo tutorials.

I am using worsted weight with US#4 DPNS and 24” Circular Needle.
You will need about 850 yds.

Measurement - 57” long by 11” wide. The tail is 24” wide

You may substitute to DK weight and use US#3 DPNS and 24” Circular needle for smaller size whale.

You will need - 2 (9mm ) Safety eyes, Fiberfill, 2 stitch marker and stitch
holder or scrap yarn.
