Blueberry Muffin socks
As a sock knitter, I truly love this kind of simple cables and garter stitch ridges knit in pretty hand dyed sock yarn.
This time I felt like choosing some calming blue and silver gray shades for my autumn socks…
’Blueberry Muffin’ socks are knit top-down and are finished with a heel flap, gusset and wedge toe.
Both charted and written instructions are included.
Size:
Medium (66 sts)
Foot circumference 20.5cm (8”)
Yarns:
Fingering weight yarn, the sample was made using SherryIrisDesign sock yarn in ”Rory” colourway (75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon; 425m/100g) 65g
Needles:
Double pointed needles 2,25 mm (US 1)
Gauge:
32 sts and 46 rows to 10 cm/ 4 inch square measured over stockinette stitch worked
in the rnd on 2,25 mm needles
