The Blueberry Waves Blanket is a textured crochet blanket that uses variations of common crochet stitches to create a warm blanket with a touchable texture. It makes a lovely baby blanket or pet snuggle / pet blanket.

Tools and Materials:

• 5.00 mm H-8 crochet hook – or appropriate hook for yarn weight used
• tapestry needle and scissors
• worsted or aran weight yarn or other yarn suitable for blankets
• approximately 350 m / 200 g 383 y / 7.05 oz for size small, 700 m / 400 g 765.5 y / 14.1 oz for size large

Sizes: Two sizes. Sample shown is size large, 60 cm x 87 cm, and used two balls of Caron Cakes. Size small is 60 cm x 43 cm. Width can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of foundation stitches. Length can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pattern repeats. Testers made size small and used between 235 g and 280 g / 397 y and 490 y.

Gauge: 6.5 pattern repeats and 8 pattern repeat rows in 10 cm 4 in, however, gauge is not critical to this pattern.
