My “Bluebirds & Blossoms” afghan uses the overlay mosaic crochet method combined with tapestry crochet & a scattering of bobbles to create a vibrant, fun blanket to welcome in the Springtime. (seriously, there are a LOT of bobbles!)

The sample blanket came out to 47” x 62”

Yarn used:
Mary Maxim’s Starlette (3.5oz/180yd ea):
Natural (Cream) = 9 skeins
Pale Petal Pink = 5 skeins
Petal Pink = 1 skein
Lime Green = 1 skein
Light Denim Blue = 4 skeins
Vanna’s Choice (3oz/145yds ea):
Barley (Brown) = 2 skeins
Charcoal = 1 skein

(total was 3309 yards with a 5.5 mm hook)
