Bluff Point Shawl is crescent shaped, beginning at top center back and worked down and outward. A center panel echoes the design elements. The shawl is appropriate for solid or tonal yarns, and for handpainted yarns with similar color values. The shawl was designed to suggest the abundant switchgrass growing at water’s edge at Bluff Point State Park in Connecticut.

The pattern contains directions for both fingering and laceweight versions. Laceweight size is 54” wingspan and 19” length CB. It requires 375 yd. and size #5 needle.
