Boba Buddy pattern! This is a free pattern so not as detailed as my paid patterns but shouldn’t be difficult to follow.

You need to know how to increase, decrease, SC, BLO (back loop only,) and SL. There is also some sewing.

Size depends on what yarn and hook you use.
