Boba Unicorn & Kitty
I don’t know about you but I love my milk tea with boba so I decided to make my own super squishy amigurumi version! This 2-in-1 beginner level pattern includes instructions for both a unicorn lid and a kitty lid. We work in continuous rounds. The pattern includes color change instructions for the cup and spiral straw, but you can choose to make these in a solid color as well.
As with most amigurumi, this pattern can be worked up in any yarn you choose. Just be sure to select a matching hook size for your yarn. Keep in mind, the yarn you select for the straw & boba should be smaller than the cup/lid yarn or your proportions will be off. For example, I used a 6 weight yarn for the cup & lid, and a 4 weight yarn for the boba and straw. Using the specified yarn & hooks sizes, your finished boba friend will end up about 12 inches tall.
