FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
10¾ inches (27 cm) wide and 36 inches (95 cm) long loop.

MATERIALS
Yarn: 1 skein of Mechita by Malabrigo (100% superwash merino – 100g / 420 yards) or approx. 400 yards of fingering weight yarn. The sample was made using colorway Sand Bank.
Needles: US 5 (3.75 mm) needles.
Other notions: Crochet hook, waste yarn, stitch markers, tapestry needle.

GAUGE
21 stitches and 48 rows to 4 inches (10 cm) in garter st after blocking on US 5 (3.75 mm) needles.
Gauge is not crucial for this project. However, changes might result in a different yardage requirement.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES
This cowl is worked in one piece lengthwise, meaning that you can make it as long as you like, or you can use as much yarn as you have.
You can also use yarn in different weights, but just know that the width will be different depending on your gauge.
