Have too many spare hooks and needles lying around your house? Then this simple case is what you need!

This pattern is beginner-friendy, and only requires basic knowledge of crochet: if you know how to slip stitch, single and double crochet (US terms), then you know how to crochet this case.

You will need:

• 25-70 metres 28-77 yards of worsted weight yarn, any fibre is fine as long as it’s sturdy
• 5 mm crochet hook
• tapestry needle
• a button
• sewing needle and thread to sew the button
• stitch markers (optional, but helpful)

The pattern includes a tutorial for the bobble stitch and three different sizes:

• crochet hook case;
• 25 cm/10 inches knitting needle case;
• 35 cm/14 inches knitting needle case.
