The Beanie pictured was made for a man. His name, “Bob,” is chain-stitch embroidered onto the Beanie. It was made to match Bob’s hair color. With a cast on of 84 stitches, it fits him perfectly and looks terrific on him. It is made with all 100% Merino, so it is very soft and luxurious. The pattern also calls for a set of US size 10 double-pointed needles. If you want to make a woman’s size, cast on 80 stitches. The last two photos show the same pattern using turquoise green and black using 50/50 Merino/Tencel, with cast on of 92 stitches.
