This yoke sweater is knitted in the round, from bottom up with seamless sleeves. This has an Icelandic style yoke, but with only two colours, as in the original style patterns. It is inspired by a traditional over hundred years old Faroese stranded pattern, which has been altered a little.

Skills required
Knit and purl, cast-on and bind-off. Decreasing and increasing. Stranded colorwork. Working from chart and working in the round with circular needles.

Pattern is available in Danish and English.

Knitted in a 3-ply light worsted weight yarn.

Size 4 years: Chest circumference: 60 cm (23”).

Size 6 years: Chest circumference: 65 cm (26”).

Size 8 years: Chest circumference: 70 cm (28”).

Size 10 years: Chest circumference: 75 cm (30”).
