The Boho Desert Knit Cowl Pattern mimics the colors and shapes in the desert. This fair isle colorwork pattern uses two strands of yarn. Yep, only two strands! The Knit Picks Chroma Fingering Yarn takes care of the colorwork for you.

This is a great beginner knit project in exploring colorwork. This pattern includes not only written instructions but a chart and color block instructions as well.

Size 4 (3.5mm) Circular Needles

NOTIONS:
Removable stitch markers if needed
Yarn needle to weave in ends
Scissors

YARN:
Knit Picks Chroma Fingering
70% Superwash Wool, 30% Nylon, 396yds/100g
Colorway: Sedona & Grey
1 Ball

YARDAGE:
220 yards

ABBREVIATIONS/STITCHES:
Co - cast on
k - knit
p - purl

GAUGE:
24 sts by 27 rows = 4x4” in stockinette

SKILL LEVEL:
Intermediate

10 inches wide x 9 inches tall

BOHO DESERT KNIT COWL NOTES:
The Boho Desert Cowl is worked in the round in stockinette stitch using the fair isle technique.

In the colorwork section Color A (Grey) will be abbreviated as (A), and Color B (Sedona) as (B).
Example: (B) x 9 = with Color B knit the next 9 stitches
The chart will be worked from right to left for each round and repeated four times.
