• (medium) Sport Weight Yarn 5mm hook
• (large) Worsted Weight Yarn 4.5mm hook
• (all sizes) 2.5mm hook or ribbon
• Needle
• Scissors
• 3” hoop
• 25”-35” of ¼ inch width elastic
• 6 tassels
