Gauge:
Ch 16, hdc in 3rd st from hook and in each ch to end, hdc in same sp, ch 1, 2 hdc in same sp, continue hdc down other side.
Row 2: Ch 2, turn your work, hdc in each st until you reach the ch-1 sp, (2hdc, ch1, 2hdc) in the ch-1 sp, hdc in each st until you reach the end.
Rows 3-6: Rep row 2.

Gauge by row 6 should be approx 5” across.
