Stitches
CH = chain
SLST = slip stitch
SC = single crochet
SC2TOG = single crochet 2 together (decrease)
HDC = half double crochet
DC = double crochet
P = puff stitch
CL = cluster of 3DC
BPDC = back post double crochet
FPDC = front post double crochet
