This square was designed for Granny Square Day 2023. It is crocheted from the center out with the mosaic overlay technique.
A chart is available. All rounds are written and photos are added to help clarify difficult parts. A full tutorial will be available on Bokkyshome YouTube soon.
Adding a 2nd pattern color for the ‘snakes’ or the stripe on the Bokkys head, will add to the fun. You will need to understand the basics of tapestry crochet to do so. The tutorial will show you that too.
My squares were crocheted on hook size 3.5 mm and measure 22 x 22 cm.
