Chain Reaction is a slightly slouchy hat with clear and contemporary looking design and shape that takes advantage of the decorative effect of the working chain.

This is a fast going project with easy top down construction.

Both hats are worked following the same pattern. The only difference is in the placement of your double crochet stitch.
