Bold Four by Four Ribbed Hat

Yarn: 3 ½ ounces worsted weight (uses a partial skein)
Gage: 16 stitches and 22 rows = four inches using US# 7 straight needles.

Hat dimensions are 20 inch circumference by 8 inches long with 3 inches turned up for a cuff.

Knit back and forth on straight needles and seamed to finish.
