Bold Stripes Cardigan
Bold Stripes Cardigan for Children
I designed the pattern with every other row color change so that there wouldn’t be so many ends to fasten off and tie in.
PATTERN NOTES
- Skill level - Beginner – intermediate using double crochet, slip stitches
- This crochet pattern is worked in rows and rounds, written in standard US TERMS and includes helpful photos.
- This pattern makes 3 sizes, 0 to 18 months, with additional info for larger sizes.
- Gauge - Double crochet 17 stitches x 10 rows = 4” square.
MATERIALS
- Worsted weight baby yarn (soft). I used Feels Like Butta from Lion Brand 3.5 oz balls.
- 2 balls of main color (white)
- 1 ball of alternate color.
- 4 mm crochet hook
- Round buttons
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
- Sewing needle and thread for buttons.
