bolt
Like a zap from the sky, this thunderstorm of a gradient will enliven your day or night. Starting with just after sunset and intersected with a solid chevron, BOLT travels through the night sky to midnight.
BOLT plays with a gradient mixed with a solid color for emphasis. Easy chevron + yarn over detailing…a two row repeat. Easy to memorize after the first couple of inches. It can be made in to a wrap by increasing yardage and adding chevron repeats. The depth of each chevron is listed as rows, but fun to change it up in to your own design by adding, subtracting, alternating the chevrons. The gradient color change, as well as the dramatic BOLT of solid color makes for an interesting knit as something new is always happening every few rows. Simple tutorial included on how to make the ubercool twisted fringe. This adds a little weight to the end of the scarf to make it swing just right.
