The Bongi Wrap, designed by Noma Ndlovu, is published by Knitspot as part of our 2020 Red Scarf Scholarship fundraiser! All proceeds from the sale of this pattern through December 31, 2020 will go directly to our scholarship fund, administered by Foster Care to Success (learn more about Foster Care to Success).
The Red Scarf scholarship patterns are knit in Bare Naked Wools Festivus 5.0 yarn in the colorway Cardinal, and a portion of Festivus yarn sales is also added to the scholarship.

The wrap is made up of an interesting mixture of twisted rib, cable braids and plain stockinette panels. It’s a quick to knit and easy to memorise pattern.

4(5, 6) Skeins Bare Naked Wools Confection Worsted 115g (each 192m /210 yards) – White Chocolate
US 10 (6.0 mm) circular needles (32”) 80cm long
Yarn needle
Cable needle

Gauge: 16 sts and 30 rows in stockinette = 4 x 4”/ (10x10) cm

Finished Size: 56(66, 76)”/ 142(168, 193) cm long and 24” (60cm) wide
