The Bonnie Balaclava is a crochet and knit pattern that plays with new stitches and fun colors. It is mostly worked up in the beautiful crochet v-stitch, but the hems are knitted in stretchy twisted rib for an extra polished look. If you prefer to crochet the whole thing, however, there are notes in the pattern for a fully crochet version as well! This pattern is the perfect stash-busting project for winter and it comes with so many adjustments for stripes, length, and fit.

This pattern includes 1 downloadable PDF version of the pattern in English that includes written instructions, a schematic, and diagrams.

SIZING
This pattern comes in sizes S, M, and L. This is based on a women’s sizing chart, though notes in the pattern on how to adjust length and width can make it easily suitable for menswear as well. Head circumferences are detailed in the pattern.
Based on what size you choose, you can go for a more fitted look (as I did) or a slouchy, relaxed fit.
