Meet Boobie Baby! Boobie baby is a doll/rattle made with nursing babies in mind. The idea came to me when I saw a video of a breastfed baby licking his lips while staring at a boob shaped light fixture. I thought to myself if boobs are their favorite thing then let’s make them a toy they’ll love! Boobie baby’s arms are sewn at the hip to create easy to grab handles. And of course we have a rattle to keep the little ones entertained.

To get started you’ll need:
#4 medium weight acrylic yarn
Black cotton yarn for the face (you can use acrylic)
3.5mm crochet hook
Poly-fill
Rattle (no larger than an 8 inch circumference)
Yarn needle
Sewing pins
Stitch marker (I use a yarn tail)
