To make this project you will need a 4 mm hook (a 2 mm additional hook helps with the stitch and finishing), a 1.25” wood ring, light worsted yarn (cotton is recommended) approx 12-15 yards, a ruler or measuring tape and optional small wood beads (these are from Dollar Tree) for fringe detail.

Bookmark shown is 9” before adding 4” fringe but you’re welcome to customize the length and leave off fringe if it doesn’t suit your taste.
