This is a very quick little set to knit up, and would make the perfect Baby shower gift. If you would like a slightly larger hat you could use size 4.00 (US6 : UK8) needles.

MATERIALS REQUIRED - # 3 Light worsted, Double Knit wool or cotton
2 x 50 grams balls will complete one set of bootees, and one hat.
Plus a small quantity of Contrast colour
One pair 3.75mm (US No 5, UK No 9) needles
Stitch holders
2 small buttons for bootees
1 Larger button for Helmet

TENSION
22 stitches x 28 rows = 10cm (4 in) worked in pattern on 3.75mm (US No 5, UK No 9) needles.
