• 0-4 months = 3,5 inch or 9 cm
• 4-8 months = 4 inch or 10 cm
• 8-12 months = 4.3 inch or 11 cm

Abbreviations:

ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
st = stitch
sts = stitches
sc = single crochet
sc2tog = single crochet decrease
hdc = half double crochet
hdc2tog = half double crochet decrease
dc = double crochet
