those booties are top down and worked in the round. they fit my 17” dolls and 18” toddlers (length of my dolls’ feet = 3.5”/9cm). they also probably fit newborn babies but i haven’t yet verified .
because i uses dk weight yarn, this pattern doesn’t take much time.
