Bordered Stole
Yarn: “American Thread Company ‘Dawn’ Nylon of Knitting Worsted Size, Art. N 12 (1-oz pull-skein): 17 sks.”
The stole is made of two lace panels joined by a 4-ft section of reverse stockinette. The first end and the reverse-stockinette panel are knit in one piece; the second end is knit separately and sewn on (to maintain the proper direction of the lace pattern).
The edge of the stockinette is allowed to roll as a feature of the design.
