Born This Way Cowl
Celebrate your DNA. Celebrate being Born This Way!
Please also see the Born This Way Scarf.
This cowl uses the Fusion Knitting Technique to create a mirrored DNA pattern on both sides of the fabric.
This can be knit with any weight of yarn and is adjustable in both circumference and height. It is shown here in fingering weight version with 5 horizontal & 5 vertical repeats. The worsted weight version has 7 horizontal repeats and one centered vertical repeat.
The cowl uses 2 colours of yarn of the same weight. Look for yarns that are smooth and not sticky. This looks great using 2 solid/tonal colours of yarn or a solid paired with a gradient/self-striping/variegated yarn.
