This is a beginner-friendly pattern. The skills required are knit & purl stitches and knitting in the round.

The name was inspired by the colorway. It reminded me of Raspberry Cordial which Anne Shirley meant to serve Diana Barry in Anne of Green Gables. Which I was obsessed with as a kid/teen.

For a longer cowl simply keep going in the texture pattern.
