Botan = Peony in Japanese

A shawl adorned with bobbles and picots. It is mostly knit in garter stitch, which makes it great project for beginner knitters. It makes a lovely spring shawl when knit in cheerful colors as the sample, or can be used throughout the year when you choose more chic color combinations.

Note
This shawl is worked flat in garter stich from upper right tip towards the left edge. Work picot sections with MC and bobble section with CC while shaping the shawl. Carry MC along the side all the way. Finishing it off with I-cord bind off.

ボッブルとピコットがポイントのショール。ストライプが入りますが、ベースは全てガーター編みの簡単な模様なので、ショール初心者にもピッタリです。サンプルのように春らしい甘い色合いで編んでもかわいいですし、通年使えるように渋めの色合いで編んでも素敵。お好きな色の組み合わせを選んでくださいね。

Note
右の先端から左のエッジに向かってガーター編みで編む ショール. MCでピコット部分+CCでボッブル部分の組み 合わせを目数を増やしながら編んでいく. MCの糸は切らない.
