03/03/11. There is a line missing from the pattern. After the increase round (designated Row 2), there should be directions for Line /Round 3: (K4, Purl 3) repeated to end of round.

Then repeat row 3, not row 2, until you approach the end of your yarn. Many thanks to ckuhl and heatherwb for their sharp eyes and willingness to help me correct my errors!
