Swatch
I recommend you make a swatch before starting. Knit the swatch in stockinette stitch to fit the measurements 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 in with the recommended needles and yarn. Wash the swatch as you would the finished work. Measure the gauge when the swatch is dry. Count the number of sts on 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 in. This corresponds to the number of sts x rows there are. Too few or too many sts pr 10 cm 4 in can result in a different size.
Abbreviations in the pattern

tbl = through back loop

About the design
Bouclé because it’s so appealing. What’s special about bouclé is the ability to create the softest and most appealing structure, and isn’t that exactly what a beanie must have?
A fluffy and tight-fitted beanie. The perfect accessory for your knitted wardrobe.
The beanie is knitted bottom up.
