This shawl worked in Garter stitch pattern, to create same “Boucle” fabric on both sides of the shawl.
It is knitted from on e side to the other.
I also recommend to weigh your yarn on scales before starting your project, and then check the yarn weight at the middle of the project before you star making decreases. It will help you to know if you have enough yarn to finish the project or if you have extra you can make few more increases, if you wish.
For this scarf you can use almost any type of boucle yarn weight. If it is lighter weight just hold it double to meet the gauge. Or use a needle size that suits the most for the yarn.
I would also recommend to mark every increase or decrease with small markers, that would help you to keep truck of your work easier. Because with the boucle yarn it is hard to see and count stitches and rows.
