These fingerless mitts are easy to knit! Worked flat on larger needles, Bounty finishes up quickly--perfect for those knitters who need nearly instant gratification. The seams are flat and nearly invisible, and the gloves are handed for a better fit. Even beginning knitters should be able to tackle these.

Finished Sizes (women’s small (large))
Wrist: 2.5 (3.0)“ (6.5 (7.6)cm) across
Palm: 3.0 (3.5)” (7.6 (8.9)cm) across
Length: 6.25 (6.625)“ (15.9 (16.8)cm)

YOU WILL NEED:
• 60-70 yds (46-56m) light bulky weight (10WPI, approx 1.6oz/45g) yarn (shown in Martha’s Vineyard Fiber Farm Cormo Bulky, colorway Blueberry Pie)
• US9 (5.5mm) needles
• Tapestry needle for finishing
• you may want a row counter and/or a stitch marker, but they’re not absolutely necessary

YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO:
Cast on, bind off, knit and purl, increase by knitting in the front and back of a knit stitch, as well as yarn-over, pass slipped stitch over, and knit two together.

Please note that you can substitute any light bulky weight yarn in this pattern. However, because these will be on your hands, you’ll want something comfortable to the touch and, preferably, machine washable.
